A waterfront stay, with direct estuary access
Copacabana House sits on a quiet canal with private jetty and pontoon access to the Clarence River. It's a rare setup for holiday homes in Yamba.
The water isn’t just nearby. It’s part of how the house is used.
Put the boat in, leave the trailer in the driveway, head out to the river or further. Cruise to nearby Iluka or dock at the tavern. It's so easy.
Go for a paddle, drop a line off the jetty, or simply watch the light shift across the canal.
It’s an easy kind of waterfront - calm, spacious, and connected to the water and sea breezes.

Easy and effortless entertaining
Copacabana House at Yamba is the perfect place for the family to come together for meals. There is a bbq on the back deck and the kitchen sits at the centre of the house, opening to the deck and water beyond. A second kitchen in the studio adds flexibility.
Outside - where it matters
The house opens directly to the water with a jetty, pontoon, and a sandy beach. Did someone say sandcastles, with the kids?
Cast a line. Take out a board. You might spot a dolphin. Occasionally a turtle. There's definitely lots of fish. Or just choose one of the sitting spots around the garden and and follow the sun. There is off-street parking for your car(s) and boat trailer.

Yamba - Australia's best little beach town
Yamba is one of those cool coastal towns that hasn’t tried too hard, and is better for it. The New South Wales town is nestled between the Pacific Ocean and the Clarence River, offers a mix of surf beaches, calm estuary water and an easygoing café and dining scene that feels friendly and local.
Days here are simple to fill. Swim or surf at Main Beach, Angourie or Pippi Beach, wander the coastal paths, fish the river, or settle in for a long lunch that drifts into the afternoon. The pace is steady, shaped by tides, weather and whatever feels right in the moment.
During the year, Yamba comes to life in its own understated way with events ranging from the Yamba Surfing Festival, car shows and fishing competitions to food events and small local markets.
It’s a place that feels familiar quickly, and hard to leave.
