The main living space sits above the waterline, open and light, with high ceilings and a natural connection to the outside.  Two decks to follow the sun.  

Master Bedroom

Quiet, open, and set back from the main living space.   The ensuite-bedroom looks out across the water, with direct access to the balcony.

Additional bedrooms

Two additional bedrooms on the main level offer a flexible setup, with one queen and one twin.   Both are large, light and breezy, with a shared bathroom close by.

Self-contained studio

Set on the lower level, the studio offers a more private space, separate from the main house.  With its own entrance, kitchen and bathroom, it works well for extended family, guests or anyone who prefers a quieter pace.
