Where is Copacabana House?
Copacabana House is located at 19 Westringia Place, Yamba NSW, in a quiet canal-front cul-de-sac with direct access to the Clarence River.
How many people does the house accommodate?
The house sleeps up to eight guests across four bedrooms.
Master bedroom: 1 x QueenSecond bedroom: 1 x QueenThird bedroom: 2 x SinglesDownstairs studio: 1 x Queen.
There are three bathrooms, including an ensuite in the master and a bathroom in the self-contained studio.
Can I bring my boat?
You can bring your own boat and moor it at the pontoon. There is space in the driveway for a trailer. A public boat ramp is located just a few minutes from the property.
There is also great fishing from the pontoon/jetty and a fish cleaning station for your convenience.
Is linen and kitchen items provided?
Yes. Linen and bath towels are provided. Guests are asked to bring their own beach towels. There is a laundry available for guest use (washing machine and dryer). The kitchen is also fully equipped with everything needed for cooking and holiday entertaining including crockery, glassware and cookware. There's plenty of platters to serve up the feasts cooked from BBQ on the deck. Basic supplies such as toilet paper, dishwasher and laundry detergent and some basic cooking ingredients etc are provided to get you started.
How close is everything?
Yamba Fair Shopping Centre and Yamba Shores Tavern is around a four minute drive. A boat ramp is two minutes from the house. The shops, cafes and beaches of Yamba are around 8-10 minutes by car. One of our favourite spots for fresh seafood (if we haven't caught it ourselves) or fish and chips is the Clarence River Fishermen's Co-Op Yamba Road near the boat ramp on the main road into .
